The Church Information form and Delegate Certificate are to be submitted to the diocesan office after the annual meeting but no later than March 1.

The manual sets out requirements and standards of conduct for all clergy, lay employees and volunteers. A copy should be provided to all new employees and lay leaders. Current clergy, employees and lay leaders should review annually and submit the acknowledgement form found here.
